Where to start.... Long, but worth the read. Ok initially thought this might be a scam, too good to be true. Saw an ad advertising Rent to Own, Owner Financing, called and spoke to Dave and he explained how it worked.
We went to the home and were the first to arrive, we parked across the street & a bunch of cars started arriving. Dave arrives, goes inside and we along with others go inside.
Home is beautiful. Most of us have questions, we filled out an application then and there but another family handed theirs to Dave first. I really wanted this house. So time passed quickly, we had talked to Dave about how this all works again and he happily and thoroughly explained. We were the last to leave!
We did ask what happens if the other family passes and is accepted- he said he did have another property he was working on. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed as I fell in love with this home, but we said it's in God's hands.
Dave stayed in touch and true to his words he contacted us the day he said to let us know the other family also qualified but we were next on the list. A bit disheartening and we wondered yea sure.
For the past few years we have been renters and due to personal issues of divorces, our credit was not the best so we never thought we would be homeowners again or anytime soon. We had nothing to lose and went by the home he told us about. We peeked through (all) the windows and we both looked at each other & said "THIS is our home!!" We immediately called Dave and said "let's do it!" Yet, still thinking, this is too good to be true!!
We periodically came by to see the transformation and met with Dave numerous times. Dave allowed (mostly me) to make any and all changes I wanted. We finally moved in, as renters, and absolutely loved it! We found and were in our dream home! Any issues that came up Dave handled immediately and politely.
Due to Covid a few things took longer than expected but Dave kept his word on everything. Fast forward 2 years (flew by) and we officially become the homeowners of our beautiful home.
The process with Dave & his team went smooth. Dave is a pleasure and amazing human. We still say imagine if we passed this ad up thinking it was a scam, we would never have had a desired dream come true. We would never have had our dream home.
We told Dave he was/is an Earth Angel to us because we didn't think we would have the chance to be homeowners again yet here we are. Thank you again Dave for helping our dream come true. We absolutely love our home.

Two years ago this past April I was living with my daughter as a result of a heartbreaking divorce I was going through. I decided that I should look for a place of my own to rent and began to piece together the broken puzzle of my life.
I took a wrong turn off Mule Road and saw a "for rent" sign on the lawn of 10 Fort De France Avenue. I called the number and made arrangements to meet Dave Corsi, Property Manager, of Peace of Mind Management Corporation. The last two dwelling places I lived in were rented also, so I was familiar with landlord-tenant relationships.
When I met with Dave, I immediately felt a sense of peace. He put me at ease. I had many concerns about living on my own and starting life over again at 67 years old. My credit was a little less than perfect as a result of my ex-husband's philandering, but Dave didn't judge me by that. Instead he checked my references and contacted my ex-landlords and my creditability and reputation were confirmed by them as an excellent tenant.
Dave Corsi was so professional and yet he used wisdom and compassion as a measuring rod to rent me this home. When the heating system broke, during a brutally cold winter, he had it fixed right away. He worked with me to fix up the house and he didn't try to get out of his responsibilities as a landlord. I only wish that other rental agencies would treat their tenants the way that Peace of Mind Management Corporation does. Not like tenants, but like friends. At a time of my life when I needed peace, I found a home through Peace of Mind Management Corp. Coincidence? No, I don't think so.
